Members of the ballroom scene hit the runway at HUSH on Sunday in celebration of the gender-bending Ballroom & Nightlife Legend Kevin Aviance.
Kevin Aviance has been part of the queer zeitgeist and soundtrack for over 30 years. From dominating the club dance floors at Sound Factory, Palladium, Escuelita, Krash, and Cielo to his presence in Ballroom as a BQ Up In Pumps all while Cunty & Din Da Da became core beats for vogue performance categories.
Categories included Runway inspired by an effect/outfit from Kevin Aviance, Face, Gogo vs. Sex Siren vs. Body, Vogue Performance, and Hand Performance to Din Daa Daa which Kevin performed live for competitors.

The night was also captured for Kevin’s upcoming music video for new single “BODY” and served as a tribute to his enduring C*nty legacy!
