Born and raised in Thailand, the performer behind Pattaya Hart developed a deep passion for dance and movement early in life. By day, she works as a professional Broadway dance instructor and choreographer, while by night, she reigns as one of NYC’s premier drag artists. Her extensive dance training enabled her to dance alongside global pop star Katy Perry and star in an international Pantene advertisement for WorldPride. She continued establishing a foundation of professional athleticism that would soon revolutionize the competitive pageant circuit.

Pattaya first captured national attention when she entered the Miss Gay America 2020 pageant. She made history by winning the national crown on her very first attempt, demonstrating immediate mastery of the system’s strict standards. Due to event postponements during the COVID-19 pandemic, her reign extended to an unprecedented two years and three months, making her the longest-reigning titleholder in Miss Gay America history.
Setting her sights on an even larger global stage, Pattaya transitioned to the Continental Pageantry System, earning her spot at the national competition after winning regional preliminaries like Miss Chicago Continental 2022 and Miss Lakeshore Continental 2026. The Miss Continental Pageant was founded in 1980 by Chicago nightlife legend Jim Flint at the iconic Baton Show Lounge to fill a critical gap in the pageantry landscape. Unlike older systems of its time, Miss Continental was created as an inclusive platform explicitly welcoming transgender women and performers with surgical enhancements. Based annually in Chicago over Labor Day weekend, it grew to become the undisputed “gold standard” of international drag pageantry, expanding over the decades to include division titles such as Miss Continental Plus, Miss Continental Elite, Mr. Continental, and Newcomer.
