My soul sister Mimi Zhu @mimizhuxiyuan is an angel of a being, a writer who has their own monthly-ish newsletter called “Write To Heal” that encourages everyone to use writing as a tool to heal from our current daily struggles as well as deep-rooted traumas. Even if you don’t consider yourself a writer, I highly recommend you check it out because each newsletter is so tender and emotionally raw that you will be glad you set intentional time aside to reconnect with these writing exercises. We could all use a little extra guidance with our healing.
