After being locked away with the rest of the world for much of 2020, the New York chapter of the House of Milan decided to celebrate health, family, fashion, and 33 years of ballroom excellence.
The House of Milan is a pioneering house of diversity in the ballroom community. Before Milan, most houses were segregated into either mostly Black or Latino members. Milan is a testament family can thrive regardless of race, ethnicity, orientation, or gender identity.
The name of this shoot is Made in Milan, because it was styled, photographed by and for the House of Milan.
